Senator Romano moved to amend the bill on page four, section seven, after line four, by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (2), to read as follows:

(2) Any observer of the collection of urine samples shall be of the same sex as the employee.

And,

By renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
